theres a phone number, use it to add her as your contact and chat with her via whatsapp or as @schak4l said, use/press the whatsapp icon below her photos to start a whatsapp chat with her but most of them dont speak english. look for those who do. @rafeinsd

As @ElPocasPalabras said you just have to message the girl you're interested in via WhatsApp

I also recommend trying to write in Spanish as best you can when texting to the girls, because even though some chicks say that they speak English that's not entirely true... many of them struggle a lot with it
